The quality control process in the NETBOR laboratory consists of three stages.
1. Inlet quality control process
2. Intermediate quality control process
3. Final quality control process
Incoming Quality Control tests are applied to all kinds of raw materials and auxiliary materials from our suppliers in accordance with the "Input Control Plan" determined by NETBOR. In the Accredited Netbor NETLAB Conformity Assessment Laboratory, samples taken within the scope of sampling from each lot of raw materials and auxiliary materials received from our suppliers in lots; According to the input quality plan, it must pass all physical and chemical tests and obtain "Suitable for Production" approval.
During the production process, which is made with the raw material approved for production, the samples taken on the production lines, at the time of production and immediately after the production are subjected to the type tests determined by the national standards in the Accredited Netbor NETLAB Conformity Assessment Laboratory and are recorded regularly. In addition, each pipe is meticulously controlled by our production staff during production in accordance with the intermediate control process.
In the intermediate control process phase, simultaneous with the production, the ultrasonic measurement devices on the production lines are automatically measured with the ultrasonic measurement devices, and faulty production is prevented by the activation of the warning system in non-standard situations. Our products must pass all tests performed in accordance with the control frequency and number specified in the standards and obtain "Quality Approval".
Our products, which have received quality approval, are required to receive "Suitable for Shipment" approval after identification, labeling, stacking, final geometric and visual conformity are checked.
In addition, our NETBOR NETLAB Conformity Assessment Laboratory, which is accredited by TURKAK, is inspected at least once a year by the representatives of the institutions authorized by TSE, our products and our quality system, both our quality system, our laboratory compliance and our products are presented to the use of our customers by passing the necessary tests and inspections.
